Extension Clinical Research Unit (H), Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy, Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India is functioning since 1995 in the premises of Princess Durru Shehvar Children’s & General Hospital, Purani Haveli, Hyderabad on free accommodation.

This Unit was started with an aim to carry out Clinical Research along with a General Out Patient Department. The unit is providing health care services to the patients on free of cost besides carrying out the clinical research. This center also conducts medical camps during various natural calamities, epidemics and health awareness campaigns rendering service to the poor and needy people of Telangana State.

    Mandate of the Institute

i)  To carry out evidence based clinical trials based on modern scientific parameters     (Randomized controlled studies) without conflicting with the doctrines of Homoeopathy.

ii) To propagate/disseminate the research findings through publication of in peer reviewed journals.

iii) To explore various homoeopathic research areas involving multi-disciplinary approach in      the    light of modern scientific parameters.

iv) To provide effective and free health care services to the needy at grass root level through its regular OPDs and health camps.

Establishment Details:

This Institute/Unit was established since September, 1995 and the unit status is free accommodation in Princess Durru Shehvar Children’s & General Hospital, Purani Haveli, Hyderabad – 500002, Telangana.
